My roomie’s cat is creative.
I heard the sound of claws meeting low pile carpet in the middle of the night, and she had position the pair of shoes and pair of Doc Martens that reside at the foot of my bed in a circle, and was attacking the strings. It was like a little obstacle course with strings attacking her and her returning the attacks.

It's supposed to be down into the single digits temperature tonight. I wonder if I can catch barn cat #2 and bring it inside for the night. I don't think the heat lamp really works well enough in these low temps.
