This story just keeps getting more and more bizarre. Not in a conspiracy way, but I know some people are going to think that.

So, a russian vessel brought it in. Due to a dispute when trying to leave port 6-7 years ago the ship was abandoned. The captain just left the crew to be held hostage and walked to Cyprus. A year after that the crew was released and the AN was moved to storage at the docks. It was then ignored for 6 years.
All the dockyard inspectors since it was stored have been placed under house arrest.
