my father used to tell me about a guy at work that would come out of the showers with his combover hanging a foot down one side of his head and I've never forgotten that image.

I was in charge of RMS' keeping once when he came to give a talk at UNM's computer science department.

We had a list of guidelines, one of which was, for some reason, "do not present Mr. Stallman with a parrot, thinking it will be a pleasant surprise, because it will not be."

He also thought it was high-larious to complain that burritos were not, in fact, small donkeys.
