people are suing subway because their subs are only 11 inches long. They would get caught, and sued for falsely labelling the amount of alcohol in the bottle.

They could reduce the size of the bottle as long as it was reflected on the label
If they did that, and didnt really say anything about it, I dont think anyone would really care
 
The proper solution would be to a) not water it down b)not resize the bottle but to c) leave it the fuck alone

It has been suggested that if price was raised, MM would be approaching the pricepoint of the company's next tier product.
 
Doesn't matter, they saw this coming years ago with a break into the Asian market, should have upped production then. Most of the bourbon companies in Kentucky have been rapidly expanding for this...

I say raise the price, but they want to maximize profits selling more for the same amount.
