We still haven't tried the 2014, waiting on Carys and Mal to get back to break one open.
You love the high percenters, eh? Hmm... I'll think of some more tasty ones and send them your way.
Wes said the same thing, that the 2014 was much better. I'm stoked to try it!The 2014 is, imho, a better batch than the 2013. More tasteful. And a nice heady buzz. Lots more chocolate to it too.
and yeah, I think we've already identified my love for high ABV.
Mother Fucking Swamp Ape, yo!
Goose Island is one of my faves lately. It comes in a fancy wine label-looking bottle. Pretty for the counter top and oh so delicious.
It was a Natty Boh, too-- don't know if that means anything out your ways.
We were trying to give the foreigners an authentic Maryland experience, so Boh was a necessity. Natty Boh, Old Bay, and steamed crabs-- it don't get more Maryland than that, hon.
I'm drinking a Cigar City Dubbel Dare and am going to watch @APRIL and @Wessels brew a nice brown porter now that we have the freezer/fermenter working!
