I'm sure your Madiera was better than the "Red Blend" some parent gave my wife on the last day of school. Tried it last night - wasn't something we would drink, dry AF. I salted it and labeled it. It could show promise as a cooking wine. Or I just blew a few tablespoons of saltI'm due on a 4 day study weekend and I ran out of mixer even badder. Using 3 year old orange madiera to mix with this gin. God have mercy.
