Also, specifically, the current deal is about entrance into colleges, no clue if they will cover other areas

Affirmative Action does exactly what it's designers were trying to prevent. It gives preferential treatment based on race. It's a disgusting overreach of our government in an attempt to somehow right the wrongs of the past. It's fails miserably and denies liberty to all.
