I was not even aware that modern boardgames were being developed still until a couple months ago. But i had a bunch of barnes and noble gift cards, so i decided after watching a bunch of tabletop with Whil wheeeeton that i wanted a couple of board games.

So we bought Pandemic



and Munchkin

What modern boardgames have you played, what ones do you like?

the zоmbie version is my favorite, apocalypse a close second because it has an added mechanic that can change the outcome of the game

I want Star Fluxx too, but barnes and noble didnt have it.

What!? He's got a huge boner for boardgames but he can't stomach 22 minutes of high quality, thoughtful animation? I'm starting to not believe his persona.
