Ontopic A thread about board games

Played electronic monopoly with the twins last night. Allie beat the tar out of Gabe and I.

The rules are different from ancient Depression Era paper money monopoly. You can force trade a property when you land on a certain space.
Allie stole park place from me for Baltic Avenue.
I'm so fucking proud of her.
What a terrific capitalist!

Do you keep all these after you're done? I assume that must be quite the collection!

I do keep most of them. My sons come over and raid the collection.
The zombicide stuff I keep though because they are part of a single board game.
I think I might have just as many miniatures waiting to be painted as I do completed

Oldest kid is just getting old enough to enjoy board games. We've been playing Sushi Go as a family will all participating and she's been building Mancala strategies for one on one games.

Rat a tat cat is another fun one for that age. Natalee also picked up ogre under fairly easily.
