I know, NH was supposed to be a 'free' state, but they wouldn't let me drive a truck with rusted body panels around because it wasn't "safe"


Oh, but I could remove the catalytic converter and shoot holes through my exhaust pipe and THAT would be okay

nice. Do they also inspect the drivers of said vehicles to ensure they aren't a hazard?

There's no yearly safety OR emissions test for drivers, unfortunately.
