If it works in safe mode, it HAS to be an add-in. Short of recreating your entire profile, rename the Outlook folders in C:docs&setsfagappdata and C:docs&setsfaglocalsetsappdata
This is teh win! Works like a champ now. I am starting to suspect that dell's "send to bluetooth" add-in .dll file is the culprit. It doesn't show on the list of outlook add-ins but it definitely is messing with crap in there.
