ok... peanut and i were talking last night.
How are there enough hours in the day for you to do these things. Isnt a metric century like 4 hours of riding? And you do it before work in the morning?
The metric this weekend took me 3:30 with massive elevation. And it was a WEEKEND. As is the next one.
I'll easily do two hour, 2.5 hour workouts in the morning. Ask the Meester about what ungodly hour I've been getting out of bed lately.
