4 day work week...yay or nay?

I end up not using much since Mrs. Chikken only gets two weeks, and no sick time

Of course her boss tells her to just take whatever she needs, but she feels guilty doing it

Understandably so in a larger company, but her law office only has 8 or 9 attorneys, and the secretaries have more days off per their policy
