My biggest problem with the 2010 Census it that it is being taken out of the Commerce department and put into the White House.

I believe you'll find that the idea has been shot down. Although I'm sure you did find that, but its not as much fun to say.

well, i think we can assume that if they are in prison, they are felons.

only if they committed a felony you can be in prison for a misdemeanor. the only real difference between the two crimes is that the former has sentences over a year while the latter is any crime with a sentence less than a year
