Vending machines are like 50/50 but you know those self checkout lanes? They take them, is pretty weird.

they give those out in change for your bill at ted's montana grills. those and sacajaweas. I pay with a debit card every time just so I don't get stuck with that stupid monopoly money

The post offices around here are obsessed with $1 coins. Real US monopoly money though:

The note can't handle the amount of use they go through. Coins will last much longer.

And coins aren't bad to carry around. I found it more annoying to carry around a wad of $1 bills than coins.

yep. I generally don't use cash but I always keep some on hand. but I hate coins.

Banks get rich off those, or the card network, cant remember precisely. A lot of local businesses around here will give you 'cash discount.'
