100 Pushups Challenge - Wanna join Ape and me?

i run 2-4 miles a day.. depends on how i feel :D
Unfortunatley i don't tend to get that in at home, i do ride my bike a bit now though .. hahha for no license.. :(

I have managed to lose a few pounds finally.

Started 5 months ago at around 185
running, lifting a few weights here and there - jumped to 194
now i'm down to about 183ish again..

I haven't really cut out beer, and there is ALOT of it, i think if i do that i'll be shedding the pounds like crazy, as i have started eating better as of 5-6 months ago.

You don't have to use that ball thing though. Anyway, you try to hold it for as long as you can, typically 3-5 sets. EXCELLENT core workout :D
actually reminds me of yoga if you remove the weight and ball thingy. plank pose is what you hit before dropping down and doing some back bends.
 
i'm at about 250 now and i still don't have any trouble scrambling about on a boat tilted 30 degrees.

i would like to be faster and more lithe though.
