The good news is if you can prove he was using the plates, and the MTO likely have pics, then he can be charged with fraud.

In CA do the plates stay with you or are the with the car? I remember when I was teenager I sold a car to a Puerto Rican guy I worked with and he couldn't understand why I wouldn't give him the plates. I guess there the plates stay with the car and are just transferred during purchases.

In Ontario they stay with you, not the car.

yes we have transponders but these charges where made with NO transponder

For your reference, that charge means that somone "drove" the whole 407 74 times. You should get the time period they say these fees were accounted for in and prove them wrong with math.

Sigh... I saw some ghetto car with a raid bug spray paint job but my hands were preoccupied with a big n toasty... No pic :(

The big n toasty is by far the greasiest sandwich I've ever eaten. It's so greasy that you can't even taste the bread and whatever the hell else goes on it-- that stuff is just there to provide body to the grease.

Yeah, that thing's pretty foul. Much better off going for the sausage thing or the steak thing.

There's a talk radio personality up here that constantly calls for the banning of table salt, among other things, because it "makes people fat".

Lock step with Bloomberg's ban on large capacity soft drinks too.

Well, he's done radio commercials extolling the virtues of the Big 'n Toasty :fly:
