Food What's for breakfast UF?

The Heinz corporation recommends refrigeration after opening so I do.

Shit sits on a table 24/7 in every restaurant in the country. Chock full of chemicals. I fucking hate catsup, hence why I call it catsup. If it comes on a burger that's ok but I don't purposefully put it on anything.

Okay, so i had sriracha grow mold when not cold.

It actually was in the fridge, but i had a glitch where my fridge light stayed on even when the door was shut, and it was an incandescent bulb, that happened to be right over the sriracha. due to the lightbulb keeping it from being cold, it grew white mold all over it.

Yes to both.
And restaurants dont refrigerate because the turnover time is so short it doesnt have time to go bad. I do know lots of places that use the red squeeze bottles and refrigerate.

What a silly question.

I worked in restaurants/bars for five years. Don't delude yourself.

And last week when I went out to eat, I saw a table kill off a brand new bottle of ketchup.
Even if a half filled bottle lasts throughout the day, it'll get killed off the next day.

 when I worked at restaurants many moons ago, we would just refill the empty bottles with more ketchup. So gross... I bet some of the same ketchup from when I worked there is still at least a residue in the same bottles.

It's like friendship bread, but more more eerie.

But did you ever fill a completely empty bottle?
At some point diminishing returns is going to get you to toss the bottle.
