I can just imagine Liam fussing at the dog "Yeah you're cute but you should lose a few pounds fattie. If you were an Aussie dog you'd be able to roll over, fetch me a fosters, and drive a car by now."
Dogs are a product of their environment and live in the moment. Very different from humans in the way that you can't change a human, but you can change a dog.right, because all animals are inherently perfect and nice, it's only when humans get involved that they turn vicious. it's not like they have the same wide range of personality quirks and temperaments as other social creatures
sometimes a dog is going to be violent no matter what and there's no changing it.

That's your opinion and I quasi respect that.dogs, like any living creature, are also a product of their genetics. there are some cases where no amount of training is going to overcome a genetic trait
i get that you love animals but no one else is required to hold the same opinions of them as you do. if he wants to get a puppy from a breeder so be it. it's not robbing a rescue of a chance at a home because he clearly said he wasn't going to get one. it's not his fault that rescue is at that shelter.
you're acting like this an actual human child that's missing out on an adoption. dogs are not people and should not be treated as such.
you can change their mind, but changing who they are is pretty close to impossible.Um....you can change a human.
