How was the hike? I take it you survived?

brutal. and awesome at the same time. but mostly brutal.

the diving was awesome, the week of backpacking was a bit much, ended it with some day hikes that were absolutely awesome, and then over the weekend went to lake of the ozarks to hang out with a lot of people i haven't seen all winter.

tomorrow i'm doing some volunteer stuff, wednesday i finally go back to work.
