Ontopic There is something interesting going on in the Middle East

Somebody somewhere is doing the back stroke in their money vault Scrooge Mcduck style.

I remember the talking heads on CNBC telling me that $150 or $200 barrel prices aren't far along. I'm just wondering if anyone is betting prices will deflate.

From what I've been reading, pump prices don't proportionately reflect changes in oil prices, and they also lag. So you're probably good.
 
It won't help that much.

Getting rid of a crapton of EPA regs would actually help.

Depending on how high the price goes, it may be significant; enough to start looking into other energy sources locally. It'd be nice to not need to invade countries for their oil anymore.
