Ontopic WWIII

As a show of force and solidarity, of course. To remind NK that if they fuck with SK, they fuck with us, too.

Washington says the move has been planned for some time and has nothing to do with the artillery attack. Something tells me that comment is directed at China.

I think we're trying to assure China that we aren't in the region in case of a war, but that we would have been there anyway. In order to not step on their toes or make them nervous.

I respect the hell out of Iceland how they dealt with their finical problems. They started arresting the greedy bankers that fucked up their economy.

The problem is that Ireland can't arrest people from Citigroup and Goldman Sachs in the U.S.

If we let Ireland fail, we'll get another glimpse at just how deep the American banks have penetrated the EU over the last twenty years. The credit swaps are pervasive and the idea of Ireland failing and other country banks failing is unfortunately not a rumor at all.

I'm reading a few of articles written by people expressing opinions that Ireland should not seek IMF and EU aid money. That they should instead refuse it and declare bankruptcy. Like this one.

I was under the impression that the UK government was bailing them out to the tune of 8.5billion (which is exactly the amount we will apparently save with all the cuts to those in the lowest wage bracket - CUNTS).
