Eurgh I feel shitty today. I have an all day wake tomorrow for a friend of mine who tragically died last week (only in his late 20's). I've got a friend coming over later to help motivate me to cook healthy food and actually eat otherwise I'm going to end up moping all night long.

Tragic dolphin auto-asphyxiation incident.

No but he was cycling and got run over by a drunk driver and bled out in hospital. He was cremated yesterday in France (he was on holiday and the body couldn't come back or something) so tomorrow there's an all day ceremony thing. I'm still a bit in denial to be honest so I don't want to go and get upset, I'm not really ready yet but I guess I should just man up and accept it. Hard to think that a friend I used to live with who loved life so much has gone and left literally hundreds of people heartbroken. He was a great guy. Even sadder his girlfriend was with him the whole time and apparently her first boyfriend died in the same manner, she must be going crazy.

Yeah. And she's a super, super nice girl. After living with him and he was in the phase of screwing around a bit etc. it was nice to see him settled down, I think she was the one for him too, they'd spent time and parents had met etc. etc. If I was her I'd be too scared to date again. The world is a very weird place.
