After purchasing the laptop for $250 a month for 4 years, we pay on top of that $83 for support, then additional for any licensed software we have to install on it. The support covers any and all repairs to the machine that hvae to be done. We have an internal support number we call for support of any third party product or hardware issue and have an onsite IBM support staff to repair or replace anything.
