So I am making chili for that friend that's lactose/gluten and now peanut and bean intolerant. How should I make it?

My company still thinks I work in Cleveland, so I cannot order a new work laptop and am still working on this 4.5 year old model that has had the following done to it:
two replacement screens
two keyboards
2 motherboards
3 heatsink/cooling fans
2 hard drives
The batteries are going out as well now. Apparently keeping a support contract for $83 a month is cheaper than a new laptop
the battery might be a deal breaker. I had to buy one for a laptop recently and it was $150. dell only warranties their batteries for 1 year.
They would just replace the battery for me. Seriously if they replace the motherboard of a laptop twice and pay for the labor to do so, of course they would just replace a simple battery
put together a cost/benefit thingamajig showing that purchasing a new laptop that's being covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a year or more is going to save them x amount of dollars after so many months
Our support contracts are internal contracts because we oursource our support to IBM. "Manufacturer warranty" doesn't apply. After purchasing the laptop for $250 a month for 4 years, we pay on top of that $83 for support, then additional for any licensed software we have to install on it. The support covers any and all repairs to the machine that hvae to be done. We have an internal support number we call for support of any third party product or hardware issue and have an onsite IBM support staff to repair or replace anything.
ugh. we're about to do the same thing with our support, sending it to HP in a round about way.
