Thread Is there a cheap/easy way to extend speakers around my house?

The previous owners did that and did a horrible job. I'm always mowing around the part where the cable has pulled out from.

just cause the previous owners sucked at it doesnt mean it can't be done right. all telco, coax, etc. are run outside of houses and look just fine.

i always wanted a place with awesome audio set up in every room and just stream music all day

My friend has his place set up like that. He has a screen in the wall, behind the wall in the closet is a Mac Mini. Then he has two Mcintosh amps below it. You can control all the zones of the hosue with the remote or an iphone. Built into the walls around the house are subs. It sounds great for parties.

You can see it in the back ground of this video. It's to the right of the painting. ( 3 boxes) That brown wall on the coner opens up into a bathroom. On the otherside of the stairs it opens up into a super sweet audio only room.

Interior walls shouldn't take a six foot drillbit dude... Regardless, just cut the drywall out and replace it after wiring its done if its that bad.

Apparently in my house, they thought it would be neat to put a fire break on interior walls. And if you'll recall my first post, fuck cutting the wall. I just used MoCA and called it a day. Much better use of my time.
