NCAA Game of the Week - #24 Oregon State @ #3 Boise State

Notes: Once Virginia Tech decided they wanted to start playing football, it's hard to not pick them now.

that happened with three almost-simultaneous events on Saturday:
1. Bud Foster Lost. His. Shit. and threw his clipboard at the frosh d-line
2. Ryan Williams was flattened and peeled off the field (the team stepped it WAY up and Tyrod was forced to throw after that)
3. We were booing them. Seriously booing them and making paper airplanes out of our tickets and hurling them at the field. Once a plane hit the field the first time (all the way from up behind us!), we started winning. Don't underestimate the power of the airplane.

Wow, another snooze week in college football. Bout the only slightly interesting game to me other than Michigan is the Notre Dame/Stanford game.

You don't want to see Boise St. take on a team that hopefully won't fall asleep like a different team?

Okay, I'll put that as game #3, but still not that interesting. However, I do enjoy non-BCS teams, or whatever the fuck you call them, being good.

So......looks like Shoelace is starting to fall apart already.....and this was before the Big 10 games started. You concerned Fly?

Not as much as I thought I would be, for two reasons. One, I think this will give the Michigan coaching staff a rude awaken to what everyone else was already saying, "You can't rush him THAT much." And secondly, both backups played really well. Yeah, they played reallly well against a shitty team, but Tate was horrible last year.

I think the slight injury will be good for them.

Tate was also 4-0 before coming in to Conference Play and was heralded as the savior of scUM when they started.
