Baby Boys vs. Girls

btw, once again, i HIGHLY recommend reading Parenting with Love and Logic by Jim Fay and another dude. it's gaining momentum in educational circles, as well as a great tool for parents. i read the first four chapters the other night and already gained some insight.

I told my boy "NO" and swatted his little hand when he was getting into something the other day.
I expected him to cry, but he was just like "whateva pops" and moved onto something else.

Our boys would get along well. That's pretty much their solution to everything.

he threw a rock at daycare the other day and hit a girl. he claimed it was her fault because "when someone throws a rock at you, you move."

Lilly turned 11 months old today. Today, she started saying mmmmmaa mmmmmmmmmam mom

She's been saying Dad, Dog, Cat and Hi so far but not Mom. Today was the first. I may cry.
