100 Pushups Challenge - Wanna join Ape and me?

so I just did 60 pushups, 4 x 15, with 25 sit ups betw each set.




in 10 minutes. :fly:


i think I could knock out the other 40.


followed by probably another 100 legs-raised-spin thing with the medicine ball in 4 sets x 25. with 3 sets of incline, flat bench, front shoulder raises, and 9 sets of curls.


dude will kick you arse in 30 minutes. i couldn't lift my legs to pull off my wet shorts.
