i run 2-4 miles a day.. depends on how i feel
Unfortunatley i don't tend to get that in at home, i do ride my bike a bit now though .. hahha for no license..
I have managed to lose a few pounds finally.
Started 5 months ago at around 185
running, lifting a few weights here and there - jumped to 194
now i'm down to about 183ish again..
I haven't really cut out beer, and there is ALOT of it, i think if i do that i'll be shedding the pounds like crazy, as i have started eating better as of 5-6 months ago.
