Thanks as well. I'm 25 and working as an engineer for a telephony-centric company. I'm currently working on integrating a TDM system with over 50 T1s over to a VoIP back-end. I used to live in LA where, between the years of 2003-2008 I gained over 50lbs. I left LA in March of this year and have since lost 65lbs and am training hard.

Voip is so much easier and such a less hassle. Converting over is annoying. We use nortell pbxs then voip around to all of our buildings. We use audiocodes for any of the ip to analogue conversion for fax or credit card machines. I wish the powers that control the money would just buying the licensing to do all faxing through the nortel pbx and just give people paper scanners but they argue over pricing and people like using fax machines.
