You'll be off from the rest of us, but its totally voluntary... If you did 3 for the initial test, then the first day you start doing 2 not 11.

I read that chart as do 2, wait 60 seconds, do 2 more, wait 60 seconds, do 2 more, wait 60 seconds, then do as many as you can (at least 3).
11 total in a matter of 5 minutes or so.
edit: btw, i've done my 11 today. was rough. i almost quit already. anyone else keeping up?
