Linux/Firefox Kiosk

The first link with SLAX is sadly outdated. Webconverger is probably what I'm going to use, but it requires a CD or USB key. I was hoping for a hard drive install...

What's this for? I'm curious.
We have machines in the lunch area for people to use. Recently, it was found they were full of spyware and viruses.
Google bisc.

The Ballot Initiative Strategy Center (BISC) helps utilize the ballot initiative process to further the goals of the labor and progressive community.

wtf, it's on the dirty network, just install Ubuntu with a Firefox icon that says in huge letters "INTERNET HERE" and let those foolios work it out.

It seems you're either thinking a little more shortsighted or are trying to create undue work for me. There is more to securing a kiosk than simply running firefox in kiosk mode. And I'm well aware that I can dig into Linux and build one, but I really don't have the time for that. There are plenty of kiosk packages pre-built, I'm just looking for one that I can install to a hard drive.
What OS is on them now? Vista?
 Not Vista, Mojave.
