reno gets just as much snow as cleveland
north carolina on the coast is awesome. amazing beaches out there, small town feel around the entire state. it's one of the few places i'd consider living
60-70 inches a year
i live in atlanta.
better yet, charleston, sc
wtf?

Move to Utah, it's awesome.
if I pass the school one of two things happens: I get involuntarily activated and assigned to a s/s platoon, possibly with a recon battalion or I get my choice of reserve platoons around the country. I imagine door #1 is a lot more likely than door #2If you pass sniper school you will be living on sand dune #3142.
I would think basic in San diego would be more pleasant than Parris Island. Besides the fact that all women go to Parris island.
flynavy are you already working on your running and PT? 3 miles in 28 minutes is not an easy feat. I'd cough up a lung.
Even once life returns to normal (for me and Eileen, I mean) Quantico is still only 70 miles from where we ostensibly live. Of course, travel time will range from 90 mins to 4 hours depending on traffic. Plus, you'll have a place to come and eat food that doesn't require a pint of ketchup in order to make it edible.
