Hmm, my Directv receiver got upgraded last night. 300-D10 receiver (directv branded) 0x1073 firmware. They changed the menu colors and made it more high contrast thus easier to read. They also seemed to have changed the compression or codecs or something. Picture quality is a lot better. A lot less pixelated.

friend of mine did this, she was in the pool 32 hours a week working with astronauts or doing safety training and what not... setting up the stuff underwater, and whatever else needed to be done in the pool. She was part of a full staff.

According to her it didn't pay very well. I think she actually left that job to make more at sea world working in the shark pool. She quit that and now is going to nursing school by me cause that didn't pay much either.

No HD tv, no HD receiver. Kinda pricey for HD service as well. Don't really have the cash to spend on that stuff.
