So I was wondering since Monday is a pretty big day in television what you guys watch on Monday nights? I am slowly starting to get peeved with Prison Break and its never ending story as I have with many other seemingly great shows.

General TV:

Is it just me or does it seem like so many new shows are trying to make it to many seasons instead of just making a couple amazing seasons? I mean I got into Invasion but then it kept dragging on and now it is cancelled with no ending :mad: . I really got into Lost but then it just started dragging on trying to pull more eps out of its ass.

Monday with the Tivo going will be...

Prison Break -starting to lose luster
Two and a Half Men -starting to suck
Heroes -not the best intro but story still intrigues me
and im forgetting a couple more, dam :fly:

What are some of your shows(monday or not) and do you feel them losing their luster?


who can wait for 24 to come back, I miss my jack :(
 
I miss 24 a lot too

I'll be watching Monday Night Football tonight and I think I'll check out Heroes

Tomorrow is a bigger TV day for me: The Office, The Unit, and the premier of Friday Night Lights (YAH FOR HOT HIGHSCHOOL GIRLS)
 
I am a dam canuck so tomorrow will be hockey for me, foozeball does nothing for me unless im at the game or really drunk with a bunch of peeps
 
I haven't watched television on a Monday since the last time I stayed with Shawn and Amy.

whats your team? Even though Lightning disappointed me to the n'th degree last year I will still be on there side. Well mainly because my boss and his bestfriend got like 8 season tickets and I get all the extras :fly:

Venture Brothers is the shit although I tend to miss the first run's. Last nights, dunno if it was a rerun was hillarious with the scooby doo remix, haha

So as I put in the title "vhs" does anyone still record from TV to VHS Tapes? If so why have you not gotten a Tivo/dvr? My parents still record with tapes and dont know why I keep telling them to get a dvr but once you get one its hard to live without, lol

yeah I don't think you took my post the way I intended you to take it

In other words, Hockey nothing for me unless im at the game or really drunk with a bunch of peeps

edit: my team is the Penguins though
 
I drink beer and shoot pool on mondays from 7 - 11...but they usually have a T.V. showing MNF at the bar so I guess that's where my vote goes.

I love hockey and was raised on it so I understand why people love foozeball so much, lol, it just doesnt do it for me.

Penguins was my brothers favorite team back in the day, mine was always bruins with mr ray bourque(sp) until i moved here

I was born in PA, and as a child only watched hockey, and baseball

it wasn't until high school that I started watching football, which ultimately won me over

i still use vhs to tape stuff. we still have two working vcrs that we use. we have not gotten a tivo because we don't have the money for all that new stuff. don't you have to pay for the box and service and all that?
