@Domon is in a different price bracket/product than I am but it's just a different In the DC area hes probably thinking of like suburban stuff but even even a town home convenient to more urban places around here costs like half a million.Tons of start ups here. Here is St. George it’s mostly tourism and old people but luckily my husband found a company where we might be able to actually afford one of these half million dollar starter homes. Doesn’t mean I want to buy one but if I’m stuck here forever I won’t have a choice.
yeah, i set the bar when i did a search in her area at anything with 1+ acres. When I lived in Annapolis you Couldn't get a nice house near downtown with a yard in a quiet neighborhood without dropping a 1-2 mil on it.
