Weird. @APRIL had her tubes removed without issue.I was miserable sick and in and out of the hospital during my entire pregnancy with Sammie and they told me that it was risky to do it again, but didn't offer to tie my tubes or give me an ablation. Then I had Max and that caused my myelodysplastic syndrome to progress to the point it is at now where I have to take steroids half the time and get random blood transfusions and take growth factor meds (ugh) forevermore and they told me that having more kids would likely cause me to need a bone marrow transplant and possibly death and that I absolutely shouldn't do it and still no tubes tied (insurance wouldn't cover) or ablation offered (too young). I've been to 6 gynecologists since and none want to do it.
Yes, I have an excellent doctor and it's time for you to have a vacation @eileenbunny, we'll house you!Weird. @APRIL had her tubes removed without issue.

Not really weird. There's a lot of docs out there that refuse to do ablations/tubes tied for "you are too young / you may change your mind / etc" bullshit reasons. I don't get it. Anyway, my gf had her tubes removed in Philly area a few years ago. Doctor didn't try to convince her to change her mind or make it difficult to get the procedure done. I don't recall if she told me if her surgery was covered by insurance. PM if you need the name of the doctor.Weird. @APRIL had her tubes removed without issue.
Lemme rephrase, "its weird to me because @APRIL did zero doctor shopping for this". Clearly it happens, as @eileenbunny and you and others can attest to. It's just odd that Ape rolled a CRIT on her first try.Not really weird.
