I keep drinking water, but it doesn't seem to help, I just stay thirsty. Settled on guaifenisin for cough suppressant, and naproxen for ache and pain control.

I doubt I'll be going into work this week, but thus far symptoms are manageable.

get the ricola dual action cough drops

Day 2: still feeling like shit, but it's a distinct and separate variety of shit today. Bad headache, nose running, and sore throat.

No more issues taking deep breaths (where yesterday it would result in a hacking cough after a wheeze), and it seems like the dam has broken for mucous. It's all boogers, all the time now.

I've got a fever of 101F, chills, headache, and a super swollen tonsil, like it hurts really bad to swallow cereal this morning. Took a COVID test even though I had COVID a month ago, it was negative. FML
This came back again 9 days ago. Another trip to ER. This time they gave me an oral steroid liquid (nasty taste) and some antibiotics. Then a script for 3 days of Prednisone and 10 days of antibiotics. Cleared it up again. Called my ENT doctor office but they won't see me without referral. Called PCP to get referral. Referral accepted by insurance and the ENT. But ENT lost the surgeon who did my sinus surgery and they only have a per diem doctor now. I asked for another referral to a different practice. I think I may need to get my tonsils removed. Probably something to do with my sinus surgery.

Fun times!

thanks. I do like maple syrup and moose. Hockey ain't bad either (mostly just watch for the fights).
Fighting is why I used to play hockey. My coach was Ike you can't shoot you can't skate, just go out and fuck someone up.
