a guy like you should not go to ukraine

I work at a restaurant and it's literally mayo and ketchup 50/50 and like .5 oz salt per gallon. I think the southwest ranch is like 1/3 cheap salsa mixed with ranch. And spicy sw ranch is same with like .5 Oz cheap hot sauce and people love it. Meanwhile I'm trying not to vomit cutting your chicken ranch pizza.
No wonder you think thousand island sucks if that's how you're making it. Throw this shit together:

1c mayo
1/4c minced sweet onion
1/4c minced pickle
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp pickle juice (or half of that in lemon juice and maybe 1/2 tsp salt)
1 tsp paprika

You can tweak it with smoked paprika instead, bit of cayenne to add a bit of heat, or put chipotle powder in there. All sorts of possibilities.

I got the concept. I dont like mayo or ketchup tho. Too sweet. It's spicy mayo. I read a whole thing about mushroom ketchup once. it'd fpr the umami. Im just not a fan of mayo,

Vinagrette and mustard are the preference. I love whole grain mustard. Mexicans always want to sauce everything though. They also dont like it spicy despite tropes. Thais probably like it hottest. I had green curry yesterday for dinner yesterday and I asked for "thai spice" it's basically like getting pepper sprayed,. Meanwhile these girls are freaking out over jalapenos.

Now the East coaster is an expert on Mexicans too. Wow, is there anything you don't know everything about? Probably mortgages.
