Got to work and half the office was standing outside.
Get to my desk and I'm logging into my computer and I hear something being wheeled down the hallway. Poke my head out of the cube and its some EMTs with a stretcher.

Boss lady's neck popped and then she couldn't move her head or neck. They wheeled her off shortly after.

So I paid my 30k doctor bill last year

Now suddenly I'm getting calls that I have to pay some outside agency for the doctors because they don't actually work for the hospital...

It's only $560 but I feel like it's a scam.

Demand a debt validation
I did, I told them to send me a hardcopy. They said they had sent several notices already and I've never seen anything. The health system here is supposed to be all inclusive like they have an app you go on and pay. I basically ignored the xray people because I never got an xray and they dropped it.

I think what I'm getting at is that WTF. I've been injured in foreign countries and you get one bill for like $300. This is a year along and Im still getting new bills. I was in the ER for like 2 hours. Got a prescription, got an untrasound, had a uranalysis and I feel like I should just declare bankruptcy.

I found out this morning my nan has been diagnosed with chronic renal failure. I haven't had time to process it just yet and I have no idea what the prognosis is but it sounds pretty bleak.
A good friend's mom's cancer is back. Came back and just wrecked her health. Bunch of other stuff happened to him the past month or two. I haven't seen him in a while, but he looked bad.

Hope your nan is doing ok
