"The "Schneider Amendment" called for the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Secretary of Defense to publish a report that sets out ways to combat white supremacist and neo-Nazi activity in the uniformed services and law enforcement agencies "not later than 180 days after enactment and every 6 months thereafter."

The amendment called for the total number of people who were discharged from the military or police because of their links to or support for far-right extremism to be published."

...

""We just voted to combat neo nazis in our military and every single republican voted no," tweeted New Jersey Democratic congressman Bill Pascrell after the amendment was passed."
would you vote to give yourself a wedgie if you were put in that position?

I can never remember, is it "surprised but not shocked" or "shocked but not surprised"?

We already did.

Harris was sworn in on Nov. 19, 2021 while Biden was under anesthesia so that he could be put under while doctors did the ol' roto-rooter on his colon.

I've mostly ignored it. I know nobody's going to face any consequences, so I refuse to put any faith or validation into the process.

edit: nobody of any consequence will be held accountable. I'm sure they'll find some low level scapegoat to hang something on.

That said, the "fuck you" to Josh Hawley as he Hawleyed ass away from the scene of the crime wasn't nearly as good as the twitter-storm afterwards.

The run, set to varying music (fuckin' look at the whole thread, you filthy heathens):

Pelosi’s husband buys $5 million in chip stocks before Senate vote on chip subsidy bill

Mr. Pelosi purchased roughly $5 million, or 20,000 shares of Nvidia, last month, according to a financial disclosure report released this week by the speaker’s office.

The purchase comes on the heels of a vote next week on a China competition bill in the Senate that would shore up the U.S. computer chip manufacturing industry.

It's suspicious.

However, Nvidia gets their chip fabbing done at TSMC or Samsung, in China. They own no foundries.
