There are some fringe theories that sometimes it can be for life. We have a friend who occasionally has flare-ups which usually result in a migraine for 2-3 weeks straight. There's not a lot of data to support this idea, but she used to have migraines 9+ months out of the year and once a doc identified it as Lyme, she very rarely has them.
very possible. Or that if you had it long enough you've had systemic damage that flares up.

Somebody's got a rumbly tummy after stealing half a pack of hot dogs and 1/4 lb of cheese off the counter last night.

She's got no cheeks to clap, so all I get are the spluttery sphincter noises when she farts. It's how I imagine a work day with Jackson Pollock would sound.

Neighbor's girlfriend got shot in the face and killed in a drug deal gone bad, and she was the only person maintaining their outdoor pool.

Now I've got to give the dogs heartworm preventative pills.

Olive oil in the pool. Don't even need a half cup. The oil will spread to completely cover the surface and kill any bugs that crawl into or out of it.

Are mosquitoes rare enough down there that you don't normally?

Well, we're saying goodbye to Cheddar tomorrow.

She's like 15-17 years old, we don't really know. She's been going downhill the last while, deaf and mostly blind and not much energy and sleeping all the time, and now she's got an autoimmune thing going on that's causing her skin to break out everywhere, and she's constantly itchy and it's probably not something that's gonna get better. It's not a good quality of life for her at this point.

Fired up the smoker this morning and threw on a chicken and some pork shoulder for her. She's here passed out with a full belly.

Sorry, man.
