Its lawsuit worthy, probably. Quick google didn't specifically turn up reproductive rights, but its literally the first two links and then I stopped searching cause if they're willing to do this I don't see them stopping there.

That was the case when I worked under a union contract. Any type of change like that couldn't happen without a change to the contract.

I don't think you know how unions work. You get what's on your contract and that's it. Any changes have to be voted on and approved etc. You work directly for the company you get the upsides and the downsides of being subject to the whim of your employer.

I worked in a mixed place once, you could join the union or not. Join and youd get promoted after X time and X pay increases etc. and have to pay dues. I opted out and got promoted 4 times in my first year and a profit share bonus etc. Im not saying they arent good but...

Storm blew through last night with the first rain in about a month
So much lightening. It hit one house and set it on fire
It hit another persons flag pole and ripped through the electrical system in the house
Another in a pool with no damage noted but a deflated pool floatie
The worst outcome for me is that with the rain the grass will start growing again and well have to mow this weekend.
