Though probably not the best option for the steak side of it.

Yeah like megaman there suggested we got a diner it's just... not good.

Nothing was better than playing 4 sets with the band then spending the majority of the early morning at the Neptune diner.

did you ever hit up the Eveready? we had tons of great diners up that way but Eveready was always one of my favorites. the decor gauche as all hell even for diners, like the Ed Hardy of diners, but the food was bomb af. I also liked Palace and The Acropolis, and I wanna say there was one called just like... Michael's? if I was out that way, but Eveready was just one town over from me so it was a quick jaunt, plus the skate rink was right next door from Roller Magic

Ive Been in diners all over the Hudson Valley. Can't remember most of the names. It was 3 am and I was high on music and could still hear the crash cymbal in my tinnitus.
Edit: and I was a big boy. 190 lbs at one point.

I didn't have any sour cream for pancakes on Christmas day, so I used mayo. Turned out awesome. Some additional tang, and great browning.
