Did 3 years of park league baseball. Tanked year 1.
Year 2 coach taught me how to bunt, hit trick grounders and get hit by pitches to get me on base.
Batting average still only .159.
Year 3 I was facing righty pitchers who were learning to throw inside curves at this leftys head. Easy out. .033 batting average. Out. Bought a guitar.

Dreary cold rainy day.
Took the kids to the indoor trampoline park. It's sort of high impact exercise for a guy of my.advanced years, but we don't go that often.
Place is literally run by kids. They can never find our mebership(s) in their computer.

I warmed up to the point where I ditched my gloves about half-way through.
When the air is still, I can tolerate just about any temperature New Mexico's been able to throw at me, it's when the wind comes that I get miserable.
I still remember fixing broken barn cleaner chain on the chute part outside in -40.
Chip away at frozen shit for 1 minute, hold your hands over tractor exhaust 1 minute til they sting real bad again meaning you got the feeling back in them, chip more frozen shit for 1 minute, repeat.
