Ontopic Mission to Uranus

NASA/Space Force already tracks much of the larger stuff, so that might not be *too* bad. Trapping shit that may have HUGE differences in relative rates of speed won't be easy either. There's only so much aerogel (or whatever) you can use.
remember, you dont have to trap it, you just have to alter its trajectory so it does into a decaying orbit and eventually deorbits itself.
