His shirt references both the Floyd incident and BLM. His hat references BLM. If Chauvin has a dime of supporters, some attorney somewhere will take the job of attempting to get in front of a judge to argue the trial was fucked. The juror statements and questionnaires are drafted and agreed to by the defense and prosecution, then the judge approves. Unless you have the statements and questionnaires to peruse we are all speculating on whether the line was crossed. Can't we just agree that attorneys might argue the same point? :)

We do have the questionnaire.

Wow, did the goalposts get moved. Wicks posts something suggesting a juror might not have been forthcoming, now he is to defend on the amount of neck restraint being used? Focus.

Chauvin is guilty as hell, no doubt. But between this juror not just wearing the shirt but attending a rally where members of Floyd's family spoke and Maxine Water's retarded ass making those comments before the verdict was read Chauvin is probably going to get another day in court. Another day in court where he will be found guilty again.

Agreed. He's a pos, he will just go around the revolving door. And yes, that juror really did the black community a dis-service unless you consider this probable second round of court a win. It might have been intentional - a planned, second round of fresh publicity and attention for BLM. Keeping the momentum going. Not the worst ploy.

Or maybe the juror knew about the case before hand because he attended a rally in Washington DC on August 28th where members of George Floyd's family spoke?:iono:
And how again is that a disqualifying event, I still don't see any evidence that that contradicts his juror testimony, or selection statements.

It's almost like the fake outrage here is engineered to say every member of the jury should have been anti BLM, because that would have been fair. Bet this outrage wouldn't exist if a juror went to a police convention

Good grief, none of us are outraged. We're just acknowledging that the Chauvin is probably gonna take another run at freedom. Nobody expects him to get it.
