Keep seeing the Tony Gonzalez pistachio ads on tv. Sams had them today so I grabbed a bag of the roasted/salted shelled pistachios.
They are shockingly good in Haagen Dazs coffee ice cream.

Picked up a real nice package of pork tenderloins at Sams yesterday.
Tonight I seared them off in grapeseed oil. Deglazed with stock, threw in carrots, onions, celery, and garlic. Gave that a few minutes.
Then added Paprika, Cardamom, Coriander, Ginger, Fennel. Let that simmer for an hour +.
We just added four chopped up russets to that. Gonna let that simmer a bit more.
