most of rural america still sells m80s which are a quarter stick of dynamite
I think that's untrue.

However, what is true is that my Grandpop and his brother in law would plant key limes in limestone islands here in Florida by drilling a 1" hole 1-2 feet into the limestone, then dropping a quarter stick into the hole. Would keep the 1" hole for the most part, but would shatter the limestone so that the roots could spread easily.

Turns out you're right and things have actually changed since I was a kid

Thoroughly impressed with the Solo Stove.

Next to nothing is left in it ash wise.

I filled it up halfway with twigs, four logs, and two lightning nugget fire starters. Five minutes later we had a smoke free fire.

I do recommend some welding gloves for when you add logs to it once lit

Cleaned up the barn a little bit. Going to rent it out for vehicle storage for the winter. Room for two vehicles, 10ft x 20ft each spot. Have one person supposedly interested, coming by next week. I hope I can get another person to rent the other space. I could really use the income as I had to cut my salary to keep my employee working. Also a reminder that I need to put up the snow fencing soon before the ground freezes solid. Probably do that this weekend.

What do you charge for something like that?

$90-$95/month is the going rate for a 10ft x 20ft unit at a commercial storage facility in my area. I asked $75/month each spot. Got an offer at $60/month and the guy said he will pay dec-apr in full. Meeting next week to finalize. Then I'll have 1 more spot. I think I need to time it when snow is falling, people get desperate to store their mint cars then. I got a few tire kickers but nothing serious until this one guy.
